Integrated Beach Training – In & Out of the Water!


Outdoor sessions held on the beach, combining the best of land-based exercises with the intensity of open water swimming!


This 1-hour training is focused on mobility, muscle strengthening, and swim technique improvement, with specific drills designed to correct and enhance your stroke.In the water, the goal is to build aerobic capacity with intensity-based workouts adapted to the natural environment.


Schedule:

  • Tuesdays at 7 PM in Oeiras

  • Saturdays at 8 AM in Cascais


A complete experience that blends health, performance, and well-being — all in direct contact with nature!
