Family Flow is a unique experience designed for parents and children who want to enjoy meaningful time in the sea, strengthen their bond, and build water confidence – all with the support of experienced instructors.

More than just a swim session, it’s a chance for each family to embrace a shared challenge, explore new skills, and create lasting memories in the open water.

Open to all swimming levels from age 6, Family Flow is adapted to your family’s pace in a safe and relaxed environment that encourages progress and connection.

Age and requirements:

• Children from 6 years old

• No swimming skills required

• Additional participants must be up to 18 years old

Location:

Sessions are held in Cascais and Oeiras, scheduled according to the best sea and weather conditions to ensure safety and enjoyment.

Duration and activities:

• Each session lasts about 1 hour, including:

• Water-based games and playful exercises

• Aquatic adaptation techniques

• Guided swimming, based on the family's progress

  
  

Instructor support:

Led by qualified instructors, each session includes close supervision and personalised guidance.

Formats available:

Option 1 – Weekly Family Program

A regular slot for families who want a consistent routine. Sessions are scheduled based on your availability and our team’s agenda.

Monthly plan:

• 1 member: €160

Option 2 – Single Sessions (Family Flow Pack)

Ideal for families looking for a unique and flexible experience without long-term commitment.

Pricing:

• 1 session: €50 (1 member) + €12.5 per additional

• 2 sessions: €45 (1 member) + €12.5 per additional

• 5 sessions: €40 (1 member) + €12.5 per additional
