A new concept in open water training that combines mobility, strength, out-of-water techniques, and intensity in the water.
 

The new SWOD - Swimming Workout of the Day is a 1-hour circuit training session, featuring exercises that will strengthen the muscles used in swimming and improve technique through specific exercises and plenty of fun.
